**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement strategies for excellence in Customer Marketing and Category Management.
- Create category-selling stories for specific customers using insights.
- Support the development of growth plans, identifying growth sources, and recommending opportunities aligned with the company's strategic priorities.
- Lead and monitor the end-to-end innovation process related to sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category vision and translate it into customer strategies.
- Lead strategy and contract guidelines for Modern On Trade outlets.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to be placed in Jakarta with the flexibility to relocate across Indonesia.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing, Management, Economy, or Industrial Engineering.
- Over 5 years of strategic experience in a well-known FMCG company.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, promotions, and activations within the Modern On Trade Channel.
- Proven ability to manage marketing and sales stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
