**Basic Qualifications**:

**Job Role**:
This role will be responsible for the commercial market operation of the region's commercial/medium-sized commercial market scale region or multiple general market scale regions, while providing insights and planning of the distribution market, distributor development and relationship building, as well as support for distributors, and continuous cooperation and climate building.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for process implementation of multiple business sub-modules in the region
- Develop regional strategic business integrators and build relationships with them
- Take the lead in establishing a partner ecosystem that matches customers/regions, build the brand influence of the ecosystem, and take the lead in planning and organizing regional branding activities
- Act as a core member of business organizations in key cities, take responsibility for business objectives
- Fluent in English
- Possess strong communication skills, able to communicate easily with group members, supervisors and external stakeholders
- Result-oriented with good coordination skills
- Possess work experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba(HPE network) is preferred
- Possess experience in distributor or top system integrator is preferred as well
- Possess strong brand influence and connectivity
- Possess compliance knowledge
- Possess customer development capability
