Working in a high paced business setting whilst being supported by a multinational company, you get to service and help develop distribution channels across Asia. As the Channel Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our distribution channels and managing our new customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Help develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize distribution channels to reach target markets effectively
Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improved channel performance and growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives
Support the implementation and maintenance of our new CRM systems to track prospective customer interactions, manage leads, and enhance customer engagement
Design and execute campaigns to develop leads and drive business growth
Monitor and analyse CRM metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree majoring in Business, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in distribution channel management and CRM implementation, preferably in the financial sector
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role
Fluent in English
A team player with willingness to help others to get the job done
Located in Jakarta
