**Position Overview**
A2000 Solutions Pte Ltd is established in Jakarta, Indonesia as a distributor and sales support center for our A2000 range of cloud ERP software products.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Partner Sales Manager to join our Cloud Software sales team. As a Channel Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our channel partner relationships, driving sales growth through strategic collaborations, and ensuring the success of channel partner programs.

**Responsibilities**
1. Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand our sales network. Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering on mutually beneficial growth plans.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our head office team to develop channel sales strategies and set ambitious sales targets. Create comprehensive sales plans, including revenue targets, marketing support, and training requirements for each partner.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for maximizing partner sales effectiveness.
4. Training and Enablement: Provide training, product knowledge, and sales tools to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary resources and skills to achieve sales targets.
5. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, including sales teams, executives, and decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
