Join us as a Channel Specialist for the Electrification Business Area where you will be implementing the defined channel sales strategy in specified market scope (global/regional/local) to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned channel. This position reports to the Sales Manager - Channel and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing the agreed channel sales strategy and budget. Contributing to the identification of appropriate channels and targets
- Contributing to achieving key targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) for the channel in the specified market. Creating detailed business plans, implementing with regular follow-up
- Contributing to sales negotiations and negotiating frame agreements. Creating offers and proposals for channel partners in line with broader sales offers
- Identifying and evaluating channel partners (per agreed ABB policies and standards including cyber security), together with the Channel or Sales Manager
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales and executes those activities that require channel/segment partner participation
- Supporting in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers, and other decision makers

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with min. 5-8 years of experience in channel management, preferably in electrical, industrial, electronics industry
- Strong in MS office with data analytics skill
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Ability to work in team environment
