We are seeking an experienced Dry Bulk Chartering Executive/ Manager to join our dynamic team.

In addition to this, you will work collaboratively with all members of the chartering team to
ensure company wide success and the perfect level of service to clients and all chartering parties.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on profitable chartering opportunities in the Supra/Handy/Panamax Market.
- Utilize market intelligence and industry insights to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate and finalize advantageous charter contracts with shipowners and charterers.
- Maintain strong relationships with ship owners' brokers, charterers and identify & develop relationship with new customers.
- Analyse market trends, freight rates, and cargo demand to guide chartering strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless charter execution.
- Optimize vessel allocation and performance through regular assessments.
- Manage charter contracts effectively, adhering to all legal and operational guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the chartering domain.
**Requirements**:
- Proven success as a Chartering Executive / Manager with a strong focus on the Handy or Supra or Panamax Market.
- Extensive expertise in the dry bulk shipping market and a thorough understanding of chartering dynamics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of chartering regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Min 2 years of Dry Cargo Chartering experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Verbal and written fluency in English
