Chief Accountant

Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting activities.
- Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles of all financial records and reports.
- Generate cash flow analyses, annual operating and capital budgets, and any required analytical reports.
- Ensure prompt and accurate filing and payment of all federal, state, taxes, licenses, and permits.

**Additional Information**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 year of pertinent experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Opera, Sun and PMS system and on Cloud platform.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and Taxation.
- Moderate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
