**CHIEF ENGINEERING**
**Overview of duties**
The Chief Engineering is responsible to managing all operations and maintenance activities of building sys
- tems in order to achieve maximum performance and efficient service.
**Main responsibilities**
**Creating operational systems planning and Building Maintenance**
- Create work plans and annual budgets.
- Creating cost savings plan / operational.
- Create schedule annual routine maintenance.
- Make a plan modification / up-grading and improvement of systems and building facilities.
- Make resources planning.
- Planning for annual inspection schedule on the feasibility of the use of facilities and building facilities.
- Ensure that buildings and facilities properly maintained.
**Coordinate the activities of the Engineering Department**
- Implement systems and procedures are effective.
- Make coordination meetings.
- Ensure building and operating facilities in the right time.
- Ensure that buildings and facilities properly maintained.
- Ensure that parts of buildings and facilities damaged beyond repair as it should.
- Ensuring the building is always in good condition to be occupied.
- Ensure that buildings and facilities operate on time.
**Ensuring the customer work requests in the right time, the right quality and the right cost**
- Ensure that all complaints from tenants / customers for building repairs are handled properly and quickly.
- Supervise, control, and evaluate operational cost.
**Create and analyze corrective action on discrepancies in the Building Maintenance services and effective prevention plan**
- Monitor the results of the implementation of activities.
- Evaluate the work of the corrective action plan.
- Create and analyze monthly report.
**Coordinate the work of supervision and cooperative relations to a subcontractor / contractor**
- Coordination with internal and external parties to support the achievement of building maintenance.
- Evaluate and control the work of the contractor in accordance with the agreement.
**Directing subordinate**
- Identify and prepare cadres for succession.
- Establish performance targets subordinates.
- Conducting, coaching and counseling.
- Handle conflict.
- Motivating and guiding subordinates.
- Disciplining behavior of employees in accordance with company regulations.
- Delegating work according to the ability of subordinates.
- Discuss and provide an assessment of the work of subordinates.
**Working Relation**
1. Responsible to Building Manager
2. Coordinating and consolidation with All General Manager or Hotel Manager, all Executive Committee in hotel unit
3. Coordinating and work along with Holding and other units in scope of PARADOR Group also external

**Profile**
**Education / Professional experience**
- Vocational diploma in Hospitality or any studies and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regard
- less of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and motivation
- Must have education in basic hotel management, preferably with certificate.

**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per month
