- Must have Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Have more over 10+ years experience working in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation
- Have good communication skill in English
- Have experience working for government institution and construction project is a must
- Have good relation with Government
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellence in negotiation skill
