Job Description Financial Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.Provide insights and recommendations for business development and investment opportunities.Financial Management:Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability.Risk Management:Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.Investment Oversight:Evaluate and manage the company's investment portfolio across entertainment, F&B, and property.Lead financial due diligence for new acquisitions and partnerships.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within B2C sectors.Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.Proven experience in strategic planning and risk management.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
