- Permanent- The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. - Being a trusted Partner to the CEO and the Country's Management Teams, collaborating in the formulation of the strategy and in the achievement of strategic and business objectives.
- Having the ultimate responsibility for the integrity of books and records, and for an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System.
- Acting as the Investors' Advocate by protecting the assets and driving sustainable Value Creation
- Leading financial planning and controlling of the Indonesian legal entity and coordinate certain support processes, as well as financing, tax, and capital management.
- Advising in complex bids, tenders and controlling of sales and service organizations, contract and claim management, controlling of manufacturing operations and logistics, that could entail overseeing or coordinating strategies for areas like strategic procurement, or facilities.
**Your defining qualities**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of support processes e.g. strategic procurement, facilities, order management, logistics, warehousing, tax, etc.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of financial professionals.
