We are now looking for a position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our client from high-tech/construction industry with requirements below:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting
- 15+ years of total experience as Middle-Top Manager for Finance, Accounting, and Taxation field
- Experienced in working for / working with government institution to handle their projects
- Experienced to work in Construction industry is a must
- Proficient in English is highly required
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing finance operations are running well in Indonesia
- Coordinate and monitor the finance planning process (budget, process & forecast)
- Develop and prepare analysis on the financial performance and propose actions to increase the performance through the Project Management Office tools.
- Supervise the financial reporting required by the Product Line (P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow/Capex Reporting/Initiatives tracking in the PMO)
- Ensure financial statements are prepared in agreement with local regulations
- Build or control the requests for investment to make sure they are consistent with the strategy and cash constraints defined by the Cluster Management
- Manager efficiently the cash of the cluser by a strong control of Working Capital and a close monitoring of CAPEX/Investment made
