**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Be able to utilise agile frameworks/scrum methodology to manage projects, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Leverage project management and collaboration tools to streamline workflows, improve team communication, and continuously optimise processes for better performance and results.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, advertising, public relations, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
**The Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- MUST have an excellent command of English
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with impeccable English command.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving high performance and achieving goals.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in the branding and marketing industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Mode of Working: Remote/Hybrid
Pay: Rp25,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
