**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and market share in both current and new markets.
- Oversee brand initiatives, oversee campaign execution, and make sure that the marketing team's messaging is consistent across all platforms.
- Drive the digital transformation of marketing efforts by leveraging data analytics and digital marketing tools to improve performance.
- Direct the localization of marketing initiatives to target countries' varied cultures and consumer preferences.
- Monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges across regions.
- Create and oversee the marketing budget, making sure that resources are allocated efficiently for optimum effect.
- Develop trusting bonds with important parties, such as distributors, retailers, and media partners.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in consumer brand marketing and regional expansion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to drive innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
