**About the role and potential progression**
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful rollout of key strategic people & organization initiatives as part of Emma's global business objectives.
**What you'll do**:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the C-suite, to see around corners, helping identify key people opportunities in the APAC region - making sure the region is set for long-term success
- Working with a high level of autonomy and significant judgement to progress strategic and operational initiatives, resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes for the region
- Support the VP of People in developing and articulating the holistic People Strategy, incorporating inputs across regional business teams
- You will champion leadership development, ensuring that our local leaders and teams are equipped to contribute to Emma's long-term success in the region
- You will analyze, improve, and disrupt the region's operational set-up, internal processes, and connected strategies for increased productivity, employee wellness and engagement, and excellence in APAC
**What we are looking for**:
- You have led and mentored leaders, fostering team growth and development within dynamic business environments.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in managing and implementing large-scale strategic initiatives, ideally in consulting, start-up, or hypergrowth backgrounds.
- You have strong business and financial acumen—a deep understanding of the relationship between commercial/business operations, unit economics, and the resulting financials (P&L)
- You have exceptional skills in managing stakeholders across different levels, company-wide.
- You have strong business acumen, making strategic global decisions and driving business growth.
- You are agile and resilient, adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
**Work Set Up**:We follow a hybrid work set up: 60% of the quarter onsite, and 40% flexible remote.
