Chief Representative

As the Chief Representative Officer (CRO) - Campus/University (Indonesia Representative), you will play a critical role in promoting our university in Indonesia, developing partnerships, and facilitating collaboration in the education sector. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to promote (Your University Name) in Indonesia and increase the enrollment of Indonesian students.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Indonesian high schools, colleges, universities, educational agencies, and government bodies.
- Represent the university at educational fairs, conferences, and events in Indonesia to promote our academic programs and offerings.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships and collaborations with Indonesian institutions, fostering academic and research exchanges.
- Collaborate with the university's marketing and admissions teams to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns for the Indonesian market.
- Provide detailed information and guidance to Indonesian students about academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Oversee a team of recruitment and support staff, ensuring their effective performance in achieving recruitment goals and providing support to Indonesian students.
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the Indonesian education sector and provide strategic insights to university leadership.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Indonesian student recruitment and partnerships.
- Travel within Indonesia as needed to build and maintain relationships, meet with prospective students, and attend relevant events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior-level roles related to international student recruitment, partnerships, or representation.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system, higher education trends, and student recruitment practices.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with educational stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide valuable insights.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment and partnership development targets.
- Familiarity with university admissions processes and academic programs is advantageous.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
