Chief Risk Officer

Responsibilities;1. Enterprise Risk Management Proficiency:Demonstrate expertise in Enterprise Risk Management according to ISO 27001 and OJK Regulation.2. trategic Risk Formulation:Formulate comprehensive risk management and prevention strategies, maintaining customer bad debt risk and corporate operation risk at a controllable level.3. Collaborative Risk Mitigation:Foster effective communication and collaboration with credit review, collection, product, and other teams to implement robust risk strategies.Evaluate and audit risk management across financial, safety, and security domains within the company.4. Regulatory Liaison:Manage relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality regular reports (both internal and external), as required by the Group and Regulator.Qualifications:Educational Background: Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Law, or Management.Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operational Risk Management in the Banking/Financial Industry.Regulatory Knowledge: Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and related regulations.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment, demonstrating adaptability to evolving situations.Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, adept at working in diverse teams.Industry Experience: Previous experience in a P2P company is a significant advantage.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a plus.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuUpah: Rp12.000.000 - Rp15.000.000 per bulan
