We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced a **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** is responsible for establishing the company's technical vision, developing the technology strategy, and leading all aspects of the company's technological development. The **CTO** works closely with the executive team to grow the company through the use of technological resources.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the development and implementation of the overall technology strategy, including technology platform design, development, and optimization.
2. Oversee the research and development (R&D) of new technologies and the evaluation of emerging technology trends that could impact the company.
3. Manage the technology team and resources, ensuring effective delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals.
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
5. Establish and oversee the company's cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the integration of digital technologies across all areas of the business.
7. Manage vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize value.
8. Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
9. Mentor and develop the technology team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Extensive experience in a technology leadership role, demonstrating successful development and implementation of technology strategies.
3. Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business.
4. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technology teams.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
7. Experience in negotiating technology vendor contracts and managing vendor relationships.
8. Knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity regulations and best practices.
