Overview:
DevTech is seeking a
**Childcare and Care Responsibilities Expert** for a Digital and Financial Literacy Training and Capacity Enhancement for Women-Owned/Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises project that will be funded by The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Indonesia. MCC is an innovative and independent U.S. foreign aid agency that is helping lead the fight against global poverty. MCC's mission is to reduce poverty through economic growth. This project aims to unlock financing flows in a way that will catalyze economic growth and leverage Indonesia's own resources. The Indonesia Compact aims to address key root causes of costly and underdeveloped financial intermediation by improving the financing of infrastructure, particularly transport and logistics infrastructure, and increasing access to finance for micro-, small and medium enterprises.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for coordinating with the ATLAS project and managing the delivery of one-stop services, shared workspace, and childcare services to be provided in new and upgraded facilities.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience with gender and social inclusion programming, including a prior focus on addressing care burdens and childcare.
- Experience with service initiatives (e.g., business registration, shared workspaces, childcare, etc.) for women-led MSMEs.
- Sound knowledge of the Indonesian business climate.
- Experience in working with international development programs or donors.
- At least a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Women's Studies, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
