Chocolate Maker / Chocolatier / Chocolate Specialist

We are growing and looking for serious individuals to join our research & developmemt / production team.
We are looking for energetic, highly motivated, positive, and passionate individuals who are interested in learning a unique new trade in chocolate making.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to making chocolate bars, toffee, caramels, bonbons and seasonal treats.
tempering chocolate, developing recipes processing cocoa beans, and proper stroage of chocolates.

High attention to detail is a must.

Qualifications:

- 1+ year combination of education and/or experience in pastry and/or confection
- 1+ year of R&D experience
- Culinary degree preferred
- Positive and friendly attitude, with demonstrated willingness to work with a team, Strong work ethic, and Meticulous attention to detail

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From Rp3,000,000 per month
