**Description**:SabiKerja is a curated headhunter agency based in Jakarta that is well-known as a one-stop talent solution in which we connect curated quality talent with the institution or company that partners with us.We represent our client, one of Indonesia's largest PVC pipe manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.- Making plans related to Continuous Improvement (SGA, 5R, Kaizen, TPM, etc.).- Follow up with related departments for the purposes of collecting the necessary data.- Create an SMK3 implementation strategy.- Conduct an internal audit of SMK3.- Carry out inspections of the work area as well as work equipment and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in the work environment related to the implementation of SMK3.**Requirements**:- Minimum S1 Engineering OHS/Environmental Engineering.- Have Experience Minimum 3 years in the same position.- General AK3 Expert (Kemnakertrans/AK3U - Main BNSP).- SMK3 Internal Auditor.- Understand the basic concept of Continuous Improvement (SGA, 5R, Kaizen, TPM, etc.).- Having an understanding of SMK3 and its implementation.- Willing to be placed in Ngoro and Cibitung.
