DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Responsible for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) implementation and ensuring people safety within assigned City(s)
- Leading and Managing day to day overall operations including First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile & Last Mile within the assigned province(s)
- Responsible for CPP within the assigned city(s)
- Ensure the Operations team follow the company SOP & Work Instructions (WI)
- Responsible to achieve KPI target that aligned with company goals and objectives
- Responsible to coach & develop team members based on company standard Learning & Development guidelines
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- 5+ years of experience in an Express Company / Logistics Company, and managing some provinces/regions
- Skilled in Xpress / Courier Transport Operation Management (First Mile, Middle Mile, Sorting Center & Last-Mile), Project, People, and Community Management
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills will be an advantage)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solutions on the floor
- Understand and have experience in operating Transport / Freight Management systems (TMS / FMS)
- Willing to travel
