Civil Coordinator - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Create design concepts for building renovations (existing, commercial and residential buildings).
- Create detailed drawings of related designs.
- Create RAB and BQ from related designs.
- Carry out periodic supervision of the implementation of construction.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing layout images and 3D illustrations.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in consulting/developer field.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Ability in 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, Sketchup), rendering software (Vray/Lumion, visual software (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Ability to create BQ & RAB.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
