Civil Inspector - Kota Bunga

**Job Descriptions**:- Supervise maintenance/repair work on environmental/complex facilities and infrastructure.- Chek the work of the Contractor to fit the implementation procedures.- Give a letter of reprimand QMC (Quality Monitoring Card) to the Contractor executor of all the findings of the defect item, and oversee the progress of its construction to completion.- Carry out a rechecklist of contractor work for the handover process.- Support the procurement of event facilities and infrastructure.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of working experience in developer or contractor in housing project.- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD).- Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing and Structure Material.- Having knowledge to make RAB.- Willing to be placed in Kota Bunga - Cipanas.
