Civil Inspector - Kota Bunga

**Job Descriptions**:

- Supervise maintenance/repair work on environmental/complex facilities and infrastructure.
- Chek the work of the Contractor to fit the implementation procedures.
- Give a letter of reprimand QMC (Quality Monitoring Card) to the Contractor executor of all the findings of the defect item, and oversee the progress of its construction to completion.
- Carry out a rechecklist of contractor work for the handover process.
- Support the procurement of event facilities and infrastructure.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in developer or contractor in housing project.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD).
- Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing and Structure Material.
- Having knowledge to make RAB.
- Willing to be placed in Kota Bunga - Cipanas.
