- Karawang- Must possess at least mínimal Diploma III (Engineering/Mechatronics major)
- Minimum 1 years experience in engineering
- Able to speak English is a must, Japanese skill (preferred)
- Have knowledge about ISO 14001, ISO TS, IATF 16949
- Understanding 2D/3D drawing, Planning, Development Tooling, CAD Data, Making design
- Understanding FMEA, Control Plan, PLC Programming (preferred)

**About work**????????**:
Conduct optimizing the process with technical kaizen/process improvement (Cycle Time) and the yamazumi chart in achieving the KPI target
Conduct analyzing process costs due to manpower, skill matrix and process procedures (work layouts, work tools)
Conduct analysis and countermeasure if there are problems during the regular process.
Conduct verifying the work change request
Conduct monitoring work, specifications and flow change in the production process
Carry out PDCA activities
Revise Work Instructions and Point Cards After improvement activity
Make daily, weekly and monthly reports to be reported to the supervisor
