Civil Inspector - Kota Wisata

**Job Descriptions**:

- Supervise the implementation of Construction work (Ex: Cut & Fill, Roads and Channels, DPT etc.) from the aspect of procedures, quantity of work, quality of work and time of work based on Contract documents (SPK) carried out by the assignee (Contractor).
- Check daily and or weekly reports regarding the Contractor's activities for the progress (Progress) of work based on the mutually agreed Time Schedule and also the function of this as the basis for invoices based on Contract Documents (SPK).
- Check the Contractor's work drawings based on the plan drawings and inspecting and granting the Contractor's work execution permit.
- Supervise and provide direction in the implementation of work to comply with procedures based on technical specifications.
- Check the image is done (As Built Drawing).
- Make complete records of equipment, labor and materials used in each job in the form of a work permit.
- Check the work of the contractor to fit the implementation procedures.
- Give a letter of reprimand QMC (Quality Monitoring Card) to the contractor executor of all the findings of the defect item, and oversee the progress of its construction to completion.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in developer or contractor in housing project.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD).
- Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing and Structure Material.
- Having knowledge to make Time Schedule Curve S and RAB.
- Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata - Cibubur.
