Civil,Structural and Architectural – Manager
Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities
Set andlead the operational / strategic business planning process in line withorganizational objectives, being accountable for the financial andoperational success of the section
Build,engage and retain a high-performance team with excellence in technical delivery,client service,
Innovationand quality providing leadership and inspire others to share Beca'svision and values
Createco-operative, positive team environments to maximize team productivityand deal promptly and effectively with conflict
Growour people through mentoring, targeted capability development, careerplanning empowerment and delegation
LeverageBeca's resources/inputs to enhance profitability of both the business,the section and projects
Addvalue to projects through expert specialist input, drawing onsignificant experience
Balanceclient and Beca needs to maximize project success, client relationshipsand quality
Workwith the key members of the section to network across industry sectorsto grow Beca's profile and gain business
Possessunderstanding of relevant markets working with Market Segment Leadersand General Managers to align section to deliver accordingly
KEY REQUIREMENT
Qualifications: BEng (Civil / Structural) andCertificate of Expertise (SKA) is preferred.
Experience: minimum 15-year experience withprevious leadership roles in managing technical delivery.
Prior international project experience would bebeneficial.
Good communication and stakeholder managementskills.
English proficiency is a must.
