We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Civil & Structural Engineer to join our Transport team in Indonesia. - Key to this role, is your ability to consistently deliver high-quality work and provide practical solutions to complex problems. You will be able to follow instructions well, work independently with mínimal supervision and know when to try for solutions but also when to raise and escalate issues or concerns.
- As a Civil & Structural Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Perform Civil/Structure engineering design works
- Coordinate with other disciplines & work together to meet targets
- Supervise BIM Modeler for the drawings production
- Provide specification and collect data as needed to support engineering work
- Provide details for strengthening designs or optimisation
- Review and analyse structural design drawings and details
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Authorities for management of project
- Responsible for on-site technical / engineering / administrative matters
- Involve in project planning, implementation, and close monitoring of projects
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Engineer
**Key requirements (certain qualifications, accreditations, software experience etc)**- Bachelor/master's degree in civil engineering with the specialisation of structure.
- Holding SKK/STRI is advantageous.
- Good technical knowledge with min 5 years of Relevant experience in design of Buildings, Civil and Infrastructure works
- Good oral and written English communication skills are essential.
- Familiar with authority regulations, design codes (SNI and international) and submission requirements is advantageous
- Structural software capabilities (STAAD Pro., SAP200/ETABS, MIDAS).
- BIM experience and a desire to grow your digital literacy.
- A creative problem solver, who is self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
