**What will you do**:
**Responsibility**:
- Report to Head of Construction as line manager;
- Report to Construction Manager on project level;
- Organize and control/monitor activities of discipline supervisor;
- Organize daily coordination meeting and weekly meeting with all stakeholder on site, distribute minutes and agenda through document control;
- Verification and signing the minutes of meeting and all correspondences related to the project;
- Verify/Approve shop drawings, method statements, procedures, and other submissions and provide final approvals or recommendations to the Client, as required;
- Verify/Approve material submittal with support of discipline engineer if required;
- Verify/Approve and monitor material movements/transfer and quantity authorizations with support discipline supervisor;
- Take part in material inspections and provide required recommendation to the Client;
- Provide technical guidance related to current site activities and verify that relevant information were forwarded to discipline supervisor and to the Contractor;
- Monitor progress of work and recommend/monitor rectification action;
- Preparation of testing of works and verification of results and follow up;
- Prepare/Verify the required reports (progress, inspection, review etc.);
- Evaluate change order requests with support of discipline engineer if required and provide technical advice to Construction Manager and Client on alternatives.
- Preparation and monitoring completion of initial snag list issuing recommendation for final.

**Requirement**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architect Engineer
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency with CAD software, ETAB, SAP 2000, STAAD, others (if needed)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in English
