- Bachelor in Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
- Having 3 - 5 Years experience in Civil Work
- Experience as Superintendent for Civi Work, especially Oil & Gas for EPC Plant
- Able to communicate and interface with Subcontractor, Owner, and Local Community
- Well Understood with Construction drawing and specification
- Good attitude, honest, positive thinking, hard work, proactive
