Qoala is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Claim Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and managing insurance claims.

**Responsbilities**:

- Reviewing documents and verifying data for claims.
- Recording and updating the status of all incoming claims.
- Generating reports for incoming claims categorized by product.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth processing of claims.

**Requirements**:

- Required skills include purposeful communication, data analysis, time and workload management, self-starting ability, planning and achievement orientation, and active listening.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in General Insurance is necessary.
- Proficiency in data visualization and report preparation is a must.
- Strong data-driven mindset and excellent Excel skills are required.
- Willing to be contracted for a period of 6 months.
