Claim Associate

As a Claim Associate at Qoala, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient claims process within our dynamic insurance ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle all MV and Non-MV claims.

2. Handling starts from the initial notification of the claim (Registration) to the Insurance until it is finished approved by the insurance company (can be in the form of receipt of LOD and SPK).

3. The claim handling can be in the form of:

- Claim handling strategy
- Examination of all claim supporting documents before being sent to the insurance
- Monitor the claim process from start to finish
- Maintain SLA Insurance of SPK
- Conducting escalation of appeals to Insurance for rejection cases where the results of the analysis can be submitted to insurance (technical and non-technical)
- Ensuring Report Claim in g-sheet daily basis

4. Always coordinate in all activities with Claims Manager and Claims Head.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years working experience in the claim position in General Insurance.
- Experience as a claim service in Insurance Broker Company or Insurance company to handle daily claim process.
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Excel, word and power point.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team.
- Able to work under limited datelines.
