- Assisting in improving customer experience on claim transaction journey
- Assisting in optimizing jet claim
- Assisting other processes related to digital claim in operation digital transformation
- Minimum has 2 years of working experience in related field
- Fluent in English both written and oral is a must
- Strong analytical, hard worker and able to work in a team
- Computer literate and have a good administration skill
- Having work experience in the same field is a plus
- Having dynamic presentation.
High level of integrity, self-motivated, creative thinking and communication skills
- Able to work with target
