**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relation Staff. The Customer Relation Executive will be responsible for customer sales, handle outbound marketing, communication, customer support, and customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in customer retention, customer satisfaction, communication, customer support, and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in the finance or service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Industry Financial Services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
