Team Introduction
Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, optimize, and report on performance & branding campaigns within the market for our advertisers.
- Proactively analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and simultaneously use those insights to provide optimization suggestions & improve our advertising offerings.
- Build and grow client relationship via daily interaction, weekly review and quarterly strategy planning, and use the opportunity to build trust, educate & influence advertisers.
- Conduct post campaign reviews and analysis to rationalise campaign performance and uncover insights, to provide strategic marketing recommendations for advertisers.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and simultaneously use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
- Analyze past campaign performance to discover common trends and patterns to build best practice.
- Provide consultation, strategy, and media plans for advertisers based on their business objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with ad ops, product and R&D teams, etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution.
- Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch.
- Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization.
- Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.
- Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on TikTok's new and existing products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in strategizing, planning, and executing full-funnel campaigns inhouse / agencies / media publishers focused on Branding and/or Performance (biddable) campaigns on leading social and search platforms.
- Working experience with e-Commerce / BFSI / Telco / 3C is a plus.
- Experience strategizing, planning & managing upper and lower funnel campaigns.
- Understand brand advertisers, major brand campaign channels & products, and eCommerce goals/priorities
- Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) - campaign optimization based on PII and Non-PII party data is a plus.
- Understand Brand and/or Performance measurement (e.g: Brand/Conversion Lift Study, Ad Effectiveness, Cross-Media, MMM)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web/Mobile Measurement Partner, Pixel Set Up, Campaign Optimizations and Troubleshooting
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, story-teller.
- Excellent listening skills and proactive about collaboration.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills using the proper escalation process.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insight, organized and detailed oriented.
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel, always have an A/B Testing mindset towards client business objective
