Client Support Services - Technician, **Guy Carpenter****What can you expect?**- Accountability to assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications to resolve difficult questions and secure reinsurer agreements and payments of claims and account balances.- Integrates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other system tools to manage difficult transactional processes and ensures assigned tasks are managed effectively and in a timely manner ensuring Client measurement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to in order to provide services in an efficient, effective and regulatory compliant manner.- Develops complex information on accounting/claims process for Request For Proposal (RFP) and sales opportunities in order to drive business growth.- Manages settlement of funds to and from Client in a timely manner in order to ensure all applicable contractual payment terms; warranties and/or conditions are met.- Implements processes to carry out reinsurance audit/reviews with clients and reinsurers and reviews open claims and/or premium activity, reconciles records in order to facilitate the review/audit process to ensure process quality.- Collaborates with peers on difficult or contentious reinsurance developments, supporting and providing training, mentoring and guidance within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service processing to assist with trouble shooting and to develop team resources.- Establishes and drives relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets to understand issues in order to resolve problems and queries and review working practices.**What is in it for you?**- Be part of a reputable and recognized brand in the insurance and risk management industry by working with and learning from industry leading experts in the field- Unprecedented opportunity to meaningfully impact our clients and make a difference- An opportunity to mold the role in your own style- Access to Employee Resource Groups that provide mentorship and development opportunities- Generous leaves and participation in our employee benefits program**We will count on you to be responsible for technical treaty matters**:- Entry of contractual information into system for premium invoicing.- Review technical statements of accounts & claims advices from clients; process statements and billings according to departmental procedures.- Attend to queries from clients, reinsurers, and related parties.- Assist in the resolution of technical accounting and claims issues.- Ensure timely responses to monthly Regional and Local Controllerships' revenue review queries and requests.- Ensure procedures and documentation are in compliance with Guy Carpenter Professional Standards- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.**What you need to have?**- University Graduate- Experience in processing Treaty technical accounts / claims in a reinsurance broking environment.- Prior experience in the Reinsurance industry, with specific experience of Treaty Reinsurance highly desirable- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent Microsoft suite skills- Conversant in English & Bahasa Indonesia**What makes you stand out?**- Curiosity to learn- Possess a positive attitude- Adaptability to thrive in complex environments
