**The role of this position is to ensure process integrity in program operation and specific program output, fully meeting established institutional policies, standards, and donor requirements across budget execution, procurement and HR processes implementation, monitoring and reporting, and other operational functions of the Readiness Program outcomes. The Climate Finance Associate will report to the Sr. Investment Analyst as the Project Manager of Readiness Program and will work three days per week at the FPA office (GGGI has an office in the NDA). On other days, s/he will be working from the GGGI Jakarta office. S/he should be willing to travel.**

**PURPOSE**:
The Associate will support the following tasks:

- Provide insights and technical advice to Project Manager to help ensure timely delivery of project outputs and project implementation;
- Assist capacity building activities for multi-stakeholders (government, NGO/CSO, private sector, etc.) and assess the effectiveness of the activities;
- Support knowledge dissemination workshops and assess the effectiveness of the activities;
- Support private sector stakeholder engagement activities;
- Execute operational and administrative services, particularly regarding the procurement of goods and services, to ensure prompt, responsive, accountable, and high-quality support provided to the NDA and the Readiness Program team in Indonesia;
- Manage and maintain the documentation and databases of both the NDA and readiness project team, ensuring clear references are available for knowledge management purposes;
- Support the coordination and liaison within the Ministry of Finance, other line ministries, government task force, pool of experts, and other stakeholders including private sector stakeholder for the NDA and the Readiness Program team
- Take a lead and close support for internal/external events, for example, through the preparation of official letters, event invitations, or other relevant activities;
- Support in different projects in accordance with his/her expertise.

**ENGAGEMENT**:

- This position will actively assist and maintain strong relationships with the NDA for the multiple tasks related to the Readiness Program and other NDA-related tasks, on a day-to-day basis.
- Identify issues and risks that may affect the project, country program and office operation, and update the project risk framework.
- Advise the GGGI team members on the status of project delivery highlighting issues of procurement and delivery schedule.
- Collaborate with other units and divisions of GGGI within the Country for problem-solving and seeking opportunities to share lessons learned.

**DELIVERY**:

- Organize meetings, documentation, workshops, and other events with key stakeholders
- High-quality presentations and other information dissemination products under the supervision of the NDA and the Readiness Program Team
- Ensure timely delivery of administration, logistics, procurement, and other operational aspects in cooperating with GGGI's Rules and Regulations
- Coordinate with other GGGI departments (e.g., Finance and Procurement) to ensure a smooth process and compliance with GGGI's Rules and Regulations
- Relationships with stakeholders are maintained well and information is shared
- Ensure that GGGI's standards are applied and met accordingly
- Support the monitoring of the ongoing activities and tasks for reporting purposes
- Ensure the principles of gender equality and social inclusion are effectively reflected in all relevant activities including in programme reports, workplans, and technical advice provided to NDA
- Uphold GGGI's values

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, International Development, social sciences or commerce or related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working and being responsible in relevant areas to the post.
- Familiarity with working with government agencies in Indonesia
- Familiarity with the processes related to the procurement of goods and services
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
- Excellent English and Indonesian oral and written communication skills, including public speaking
