Clinic Manager (Sales)

**Working Location : CENTRAL JAKARTA.

Responsibilities:

- Recommend services and treatments to Customers, based on their needs and Doctors' input.
- Follow up with Customers on their treatments, and remind them of their treatments.
- Understand Customer's skin conditions, and skin concerns.
- Ensure Customers' satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records.
- Maintain excellent After-Sales relationships with Customers.
- Provide advice on Procedure Downtime, Pre-and Post-Care Guide.
- Monitor and evaluate ways to meet Monthly Sales Targets.
- Work together with Management and Aesthetic Doctors to achieve the Company goals/objectives.
- Work with higher management to come out with company strategies.
- Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to Our Team to bring the best of their skills.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Requirements / Kualifikasi:

- At least 3 Year(s) of Working Experience as Manager in an Aesthetic Clinic/Gym industry (in DKI Jakarta) is required for this position.
- Good understanding in Aesthetic, Sales, Market Analysis, and Concept.
- Good Communication, Negotiation, Managerial, and Leadership Skills.
- Good Networking, Service and Sales-Oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
