**Location**: To be based throughout Malaysia (Healthcare Clinic)
**Range of salary (RM)** : MYR2,900 - MYR 3,500
**Age**: 25 to 38 years old
**Requirement**: Related background in Healthcare industry (eg: medicine, pharmacy,
nursing, dentistry, nutrition, etc.)

**Responsibilities**
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma or relevant qualification
- _**Good Command of English (writing & speaking)**_
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.
- Prior experience as a customer service specialist or equivalent is an added advantage.
