Clinical Project Manager

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and on budget.Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:- Overseeing projects for a client and ensuring all specifications are being followed.- Primary interface between the client and the Sanusa Medika project team members on assigned projects regarding issue escalation, financial questions, and management issues.- Responsible for the project budget and coordinates activities among the functional departments to ensure deliverables are on-time and on budget- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to clinic management and stakeholder.**Requirements**:- Medical doctor degree (Master's degree in hospital administration preferred)- Experience in project management within healthcare or clinical setting, min 3 years- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends both in the government and private sector.- Sound knowledge of revenue, and cost/expense structure of clinical and healthcare project- Demonstrates the ability to be patient-focused, responsive, flexible, and committed to delivering quality service and improvement in an environment of continuous change- Fluent in English (verbal and written)- Willing to be based in Bandung**Benefits**:- Competitive compensation package.- Opportunities for professional development and advancement.- Meaningful work in a challenging and rewarding environment.mi1f3DLbKi
