The person would be responsible for end to end customer engagement & retention campaignsExperiment across the whole engagement & retention funnel constantly looking for maximum impact on DAU (daily active users)Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthly campaigns, tailoring communication to different customer segments identified through Martech/CRM tool (CleverTap, moengage etc) and data warehouseShould be able to handle CRM tools, execute, measure & analyse campaign metricsIn-depth analysis of campaigns1-2 years of experience working on Marketing automation tools like Clevertap, moengage netcore etcHave an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentShould have an eye for detail, analytical mindsetShould be able to do quick and flawless execution of campaigns on clevertap
