Setup Process for Cloud Operations (Infra and Security)Drive and own responsibilities of Service deliverySchedule, manage and facilitate meetings between different stakeholdersPromote Agile values, principles and practices within the teamsCoordinate/Manage L1 & L2 services related to migrated workloads on to AWS Outposts & AWS Regional public cloud.Manage SLA's as committed to the customer.Manage timely escalation process between the L2 and L3 teams.Build, manage and publish team metrics and reporting enabling accurate visibility and transparency between support teams and stakeholdersBuild and manage interdependencies between projects / teams (consortium)Facilitate collaboration every day to remove impediments and reduce riskGrow Agile maturity within development team members, as well as product owners, scaling best practicesCertified AWS Sysops engineer.ITIL certification, project management certification.Proven understanding of Agile values and principles, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and experience in ScrumComprehensive experience with workflow management toolsAbility to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly-changing environmentOutstanding communications skills, including the ability to translate sophisticated technical products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics
