Setup Process for Cloud Operations (Infra and Security)

Drive and own responsibilities of Service delivery

Schedule, manage and facilitate meetings between different stakeholders

Promote Agile values, principles and practices within the teams

Coordinate/Manage L1 & L2 services related to migrated workloads on to AWS Outposts & AWS Regional public cloud.

Manage SLA's as committed to the customer.

Manage timely escalation process between the L2 and L3 teams.

Build, manage and publish team metrics and reporting enabling accurate visibility and transparency between support teams and stakeholders

Build and manage interdependencies between projects / teams (consortium)

Facilitate collaboration every day to remove impediments and reduce risk

Grow Agile maturity within development team members, as well as product owners, scaling best practices
Certified AWS Sysops engineer.

ITIL certification, project management certification.

Proven understanding of Agile values and principles, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and experience in Scrum

Comprehensive experience with workflow management tools

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly-changing environment

Outstanding communications skills, including the ability to translate sophisticated technical products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics
