Cloud Financial Management Engineer

About the Role:
Cloud Financial Management Engineer will responsible mainly in optimizing cloud spending, ensuring cost transparency, and driving continuous financial improvement within cloud infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cost Management:

- Analyze and track cloud costs across all services and accounts.
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to reduce cloud spending.
- Identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies in resource utilization.
- Monitor and report on key cost metrics to stakeholders.
- Financial Forecasting & Budgeting:

- Create accurate cloud spending forecasts based on historical data and future plans.
- Develop and manage cloud budgets to ensure cost control.
- Monitor budget adherence and identify potential deviations.
- Cloud Billing & Reporting:

- Manage and reconcile cloud bills from various providers.
- Generate detailed reports on cloud spending and resource utilization.
- Develop and implement cost allocation models to chargeback cloud costs to different business units.
- Technology & Tools:

- Implement and manage cloud cost management tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, GCP Billing dashboard, Cloudability).
- Utilize automation scripts and tools to streamline cost optimization workflows.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud financial management technologies and best practices.
- Communication & Collaboration:

- Work closely with cloud architects, engineers, and developers to optimize resource utilization and cost allocation.
- Communicate cloud cost insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment with overall financial goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in cloud computing, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of cloud cost management principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud cost management tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Points:

- Experience in cloud FinOps methodologies.
- Certifications in cloud financial management (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Cost Management - Professional).
- Experience with automation scripting languages (e.g., Python).
- Passion for cloud technology and cost optimization.

Pay: Rp30,000 - Rp40,000 per month
