Setup Process for Cloud based projects (implementation and Operations - Infra and Security)
- Drive and own responsibilities of delivery
- Schedule, manage and facilitate meetings between different stakeholders
- Manage SLA's as committed to the customer.
- Manage timely escalation process between the L2 and L3 teams.
- Build, manage and publish projects metrics and reporting, enabling accurate visibility and transparency between support teams and stakeholders
- Build and manage interdependencies between projects / teams (consortium)
- Facilitate collaboration every day to remove impediments and reduce risk
- Planning and developing the project idea, performance evaluation of the project.
- Developing and leading the globally diverse teams.
- Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise.
- Having good understanding of project financials (revenue, margins and invoicing)
- Ensure Satisfaction with customer and internal Stakeholders and drive all project governances
- ITIL certification, project management certification.
- Understanding of Agile values and principles
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly-changing environment
- Outstanding communications skills, including the ability to translate sophisticated technical products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics
