Cloud Service Operation Engineer

Provide service request fulfillment and L1 incident handling for all of Datacomm Cloud Services. Provide service monitoring for all services and infrastructure. Communication to customers. Daily and monthly operational reports. Standby shifting 24x7. Requirement Graduated from reputable university majoring in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum GPA of 3.0. 1 year experience Experience working in the field of cloud engineering is preferable. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Have knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, IP Subnetting). Familiar with Windows Server and Active Directory/ User Access Management. Familiar and have experience operating Monitoring Tools (PRTG, MRTG, etc). Able to work in a team or individually and understand the concept of Customer Service Oriented.
