As Stewarding Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the steward department's operations to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food service areas. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety, and organization within the food and beverage department
Qualifications This position is only for Indonesian
2 years experience in stewarding or a similar role in the hospitality industry at luxurious hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Budget management skills. Attention to detail and cleanliness.
