Andaz Bali, modeled after a modern Balinese village, invites guests to discover the fascinating old and new. The beachfront resort is carefully built around an existing mature landscape, lending it a homey and lush ambiance, much like Sanur itself.

As VIP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and managing relationships with high-end clients to ensure they receive exceptional service and a personalized luxury experience at our hotel. This role involves achieving sales targets, planning exclusive events, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications This position is only for Indonesian.
Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Luxurious Resort. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal strong skills. Energetic, creative, enjoys entertaining clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury hospitality services. Able to develop detailed guest profiles to track preferences, past stays, and special requests. Has knowledge about personalized service and recommendations to meet VIP guests needs. Has ability to coordinate with marketing, concierge, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure a cohesive VIP experience. Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly. Adaptable and able to cater to diverse client needs. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
