Job Responsibility CNC & CAM Technician: Job Description :
Operate CNC machine for Mold manufacturing with coordination from CAM. Make sure that all CNC machine preventive maintenance is done. Collect and Summarize Daily activity for CAM/CNC report base on weekly schedule. Report daily activity to the leader including time tracker report. Base on weekly schedule. Implement S at CAM/CNC area. Create and implement Kaizen (Idea and Report). Support Problem solving at CAM and CNC. Requirements: Minimum SMK or Diploma from technical background Min. 3 - 5 years or more experience in Mold manufacturing Understand about the technical drawings, CAD, CAM, program CNC milling and Lathe machine programs. Understand Mold drawing & product specifications. Understand and be able to use measuring tools. Able to operate Mastercam/AutoCAD/CAD, CAM Able to operate CNC machines for Mold making with coordination from CAM.
